What can God do with downtrodden women from the poorest of poor communities, widowed and doing their best to survive while caring for their own children as well as the children in the community who have lost their own parents? He can give them a heart to serve others in miraculous ways, of course! Section 19 is a village of mostly mud huts and a lot of despair. Enter Jesus Christ and a community is transformed. These beautiful women have so very little, but they had a dream of serving their Lord and Savior. John and I provide the transportation and they do the rest. We visit the hospital once a month and these ladies have blossomed from timidity into bold evangelists and prayer warriors. God has taken their compassion and humility and is using it to bless so many hurting and lonely patients and to bring many of them to a saving knowledge of Jesus!
