My dear friend and sister in Christ, Sarah Davidson, creates "reborn dolls." She designed "Hope" as an African baby for a fundraiser for our trip. "Hope" represents so many things to me--when Sarah first presented her to me, I promptly started leaking tears. Hope represents the dear friendships in Jesus that He graces us with--like Sarah for me. Hope also represents all those precious children in Africa who so desperately need the hope of the Savior. Most of all, Hope represents the Savior Himself, with whom all hope resides.
